Crazy Bull Chilli Beef Salad with Jalapeno Dressing

Beef Marinade,

  • 500gms thinly cut choice beef,
  • 1 Tbls Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbls Crazy Bull Chilli and Garlic (Wild Red Bull)

Place meat in a bowl and mix through 2Tbls of Chilli and Garlic sauce.
Leave aside to marinade for 10-15 minutes
Heat oil in a Wok, fry-pan or BBQ.
Toss in marinated meat.
Turn meat over making sure that all sides are cooked.

Add the other 2 Tbls of Wild Red Bull after cooking and toss through.
This salad can also be done with chicken instead of beef.

Jalapeno Dressing

  • 3 Tbls of Crazy Bull Jalapeno Sauce (Verde)
  • 1 Tsp of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 50 mls Olive Oil

Place Crazy Bull Jalapeño Sauce in a Jar with lid or dressing bottle add in the Olive oil and lemon juice close bottle/jar and mix by shaking.

Simple green salad,

  • Lettuce (your choice (Butter, Cos, Iceberg)
  • Shallots, Celery, Cucumber
  • Any green salad vegetable you would like to add OR just use the lettuce of your choice.

Place salad vegetable in a bowl, toss through dressing and serve.
Place Salad on plate and place beef on top.

Beautiful summer salad!
