Crazy Bull Chilli Garlic Prawns
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbls Olive Oil
- 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Kg Green Prawns (cleaned) OR 1/2 Kg Cooked Prawns
- 2 Tbls Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 125ml Fresh Cream (optional)
- Lemon wedge and sprig of fresh coriander for decoration.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes
Method: 1. Sautee onion in olive oil until golden brown, 2. Add prawns and Chilli Garlic sauce 3. Sauté for a couple of minutes or until green prawns are cooked (turned red) 4. Stir in Cream and simmer for 2 minutes
Serve immediately on a bed of plain rice. Garnish with fresh Lemon wedge and a sprig of coriander for decoration.
