Habanero Marinated Lamb

Preparation Time: 10 minutes + 15min marinating time
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbls Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 800gm diced Lamb
  • 150ml Crazy Bull Habanero Marinade
  • Small Can of Crushed Tomatoes
  • 220ml Coconut Cream (optional)
  • spring of fresh coriander or Parsley for decoration.

Marinade
Place diced lamb in a bowl, add Habanero Marinade, and stir well through to cover all meat pieces, leave for 15minutes while preparing rice or noodles to go with it.

Method:

  1. Sautee onion in olive oil until golden brown,
  2. Add marinated lamb
  3. Sauté for a couple of minutes
  4. Stir in Tomatoes, Coconut Cream and simmer for 2 minutes

Serve on a bed of steamed rice or Hokkien noodles. Garnish with fresh sprig of coriander/ Parley leaves for decoration. Excellent Winter Dish!

*Note: You can use any meat for this dish. The coconut cream can be substituted with sour cream or fresh cream, also the cream will tone down the heat so if you like it very hot half the amount.
