Peri Peri Roast Chicken with Potatoes

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Marinating Time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Whole Chicken cut into serving pieces
  • 5 Potatoes cut in quarters
  • 1Tbls Olive Oil
  • Crazy Bull Peri Peri Sauce

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 200 Celsius. Prepare
  2. Rub chicken pieces and potatoes with Crazy Bull Peri Peri Sauce, Place on a well greased oven tray, drizzle potatoes with oil, cover with foil. Cook for 25 minutes.
  3. Uncover and baste chicken and potatoes cook for a further 5 minutes to brown slightly.
  4. Place on serving dish and brush chicken with extra sauce.

Serve with fresh green salad.

*Note this recipe can be made with either the Peri Peri Mild or Hot variety.
