Peri-Peri sides – Rice, Corn, Potatoes

Rice

  • Steam/Boil 1 Cup rice with salt as per packet
  • Drain well
  • Add 1tbls Butter and 1 tbls Crazy Bull Peri-Peri
  • Stir well with a fork to make it fluffy and mix sauce and butter well.

Wonderful aromatic side dish to steak, chicken or Fish.

Corn

Cooked Corn - Mix butter and Peri Peri sauce brush over hot steamy corn.

Raw Corn - Mix butter with Peri Peri sauce wrap corn in foil and cook in oven or BBQ.

Potatoes

Add to Potatoes mash, mix with sour cream for backed potatoes smother potatoes before roasting.
