Crazy Bull Wild Parsley Fish Fillets
Ingredients:
- 4 medium size fish fillets
- 3 tablespoons Wild Parsley Sauce
Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes
Method: 1. Pre-heat oven to 180c 2. Place fish fillets on a greased oven tray. 3. Brush over with Wild Parsley Sauce 4. Place tray in a pre-heated oven, bake for about 15 minutes depending on the thickness of fish fillet.
Note: The quantity of Wild Parsley Sauce will depend on the size of the fillet and the required strength of flavor and heat desired.
Serve with fresh Green Salad, green beans and a wedge of lemon.
