Wild Parsley Quiche

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 1 frozen pie shell, baked, but not browned
  • 1/2 c. ham, chopped
  • 1 med. tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. chopped mushrooms , optional 
  • 4 slices bacon, crumbled 
  • 2 cups Tasty cheese 
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten 
  • 2 tbsp. Wild Parsley sauce 
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Method:

  1. Layer the ham, tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon and cheese in pie shell. 
  2. Combine eggs, sour cream and wild Parsley Sauce; mix well. 
  3. Pour over ingredients and bake at 220 fan forced for about 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
